Return Policy

1. Returns

At Fiaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or custom-made products.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fiaa.intl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at fiaa.intl@gmail.com with your request. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at fiaa.intl@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@fiaa.com.pk
