RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order or they will not qualify for a refund.
- We do not accept cash refunds. All refunds are made via bank transfer.
- If the item ordered is defected under quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.
- Once your order is processed for delivery you are not eligible to cancel it.
